New solution from TimeEd: Independent time clock for employees on smart devices.

TimeEd is proud to introduce a new solution that changes how businesses and employees manage time tracking and leave. With the new independent time clock, which can be used on phones or tablets, employees can now clock in and out simply and securely, anywhere. This innovation is part of making time tracking easier, more reliable and in line with the latest regulations, such as the EU (EEA) regulation on time tracking systems.

Employees simply enter their phone number on the registration app and are then given access to their hours in real time. When employees clock in or out on their smartphone or tablet, they are directly marked in or out, and the time registration is automatically sent to a database that employees can access online.

According to the regulation on working time registration (no. 595/2024), companies are required to give employees access to their own time tracking system. This new solution meets requirements for trust and security, as employees can themselves see their working hours, leave and other work-related information.

Additionally, this solution makes it easier for managers and accounting departments to manage time tracking and conduct audits of hours and leave.

With this innovation in the TimeEd time tracking system, businesses are offered a legally compliant and secure solution that meets the requirements of regulation no. 595/2024 and supports employee self-service.
