Terms of Service — TimeEd

These terms apply to all use of TimeEd ehf. services — websites, apps and related solutions (hereinafter the Service). By using the Service you accept the terms, data processing agreement and TimeEd’s privacy policy.

These terms apply equally to individuals and legal entities.

TimeEd operates in full compliance with the Icelandic Data Protection Act No. 90/2018 (GDPR). We only collect information necessary to provide the service.

TimeEd never shares personal information with third parties without your consent and uses necessary security measures to protect your data.

You are responsible for your password and login credentials. Access is personal and may not be transferred to others.

• Change your password after the first login.
• If you forget your password, the system will send a reset link to your email.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

TimeEd is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical failures, updates or external factors.

Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month for that month’s usage. Payment is due 7 days after the invoice date.

The current price list is always available at timeed.is.

By accepting these terms, you give us permission to send you newsletters, offers and service updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in an email or by contacting us.

All TimeEd content — design, text, software and trademarks — is the property of TimeEd ehf. or used with permission. You may use the content for personal use only and may not copy, distribute or republish it without written permission.

• Using automated software to access or copy data from the system.
• Attempting to view or copy the underlying source code.
• Sending harmful files or viruses into the system.

If you accidentally discover that underlying code is accessible, e.g. due to a malfunction, please report it to hjalp@timeed.is.

TimeEd reserves the right to close access without notice if:

• the user violates the terms,
• there is suspicion of a legal violation,
• invoices are unpaid (ref. section 4).

A notification is sent to the registered email when applicable.

TimeEd may change these terms at any time. If changes are unfavorable to users, you will receive at least 7 days’ notice before they take effect.

Icelandic law governs these agreements. Disputes are resolved before the Reykjavík District Court.
