New PDF work report to send with the invoice

We have redesigned the PDF version of the work report in TimeEd from the ground up. The new layout is clearer, more professional and easier to read.

The report is designed to be sent to the customer together with the invoice and shows the work behind it: the hours on each day, which task was carried out each time, and a summary at the end. Each clock-out also shows the employee (initials) and their note on what was done. This gives the customer a clear and transparent view of the work — without having to ask.

What the report shows:

• •Hours on each day — logged hours grouped by day.
• •Projects and tasks — what was worked on each time.
• •Employee and note — employee initials and their note for each clock-out describing what was done.
• •Summary — a full overview of the period with a clear breakdown.

The report supports Icelandic characters and is ready to print or send.
