Templates in TimeEd

We have added a new feature that saves an incredible amount of time in setup: Templates.

With Templates you can create predefined projects and tasks under them. Then, when you create a new project, you select a template and TimeEd automatically sets up the entire structure for you.

How it works:

• •You create Template 1 (e.g. "Web Project")
• •You define projects + tasks (e.g. 10 tasks)
• •Next time you create a project you select the template → everything comes in ready

Why is this better?

• •You maintain standardised procedures across projects
• •Less time on setup
• •No "forgotten" task – everything is in its place

Template examples:

• •"Monthly operations" (settlement, review, reports)
• •"Service request" (reception, analysis, execution, confirmation)
• •"Project A" vs "Project B" with different numbers of tasks (e.g. 10 vs 6)
